Live in care can include 24-hour care if you need support round the clock for more advanced clical needs. There are some ailments where you may need 24-hour constant care like Physical disability, Advanced dementia, Palliative care etc. With 24-hour care you will have one main live in carer, who will live with you regularly and other carers to support you overnight or during the day when your regular carer takes a break.
